1 Platform Usage Rules

• JoDealz is intended for browsing and posting food, restaurant, and café deals in Jordan.
• You must be 18 years or older to create a business partner account.
• You may not use the platform for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.
• You may not post fake, misleading, or inaccurate deals on the platform.
• You may not attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.

2 User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• The accuracy and truthfulness of information you provide when creating an account or posting deals.
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
• Reporting any suspicious activity or violations of these Terms to the admin team.

3 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post (deals, images, descriptions). By posting it on our platform, you grant us a limited license to display and promote it within the platform. JoDealz retains full ownership of the platform itself, including design, code, branding, and infrastructure.

4 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Posting fraudulent or misleading content.
• Attempting to breach platform security.
• Non-renewal of your subscription after the grace period expires.

You may also request deletion of your account at any time by contacting our support team.

5 Limitation of Liability

JoDealz is an intermediary platform between merchants and consumers. We are not responsible for the quality of products or services offered through posted deals. We are also not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on deal information. All posted deals are entirely the responsibility of the respective merchant.

6 Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The last updated date will be noted at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

7 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The competent Jordanian courts shall have jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from the use of the platform.
